Returns & Refunds

We are happy for you to return items which are unsuitable or purchased in error so long as they are returned in unopened and undamaged condition within 30 days. This right of cancellation does not apply to products that you have requested to be engraved, or have otherwise been made to your specific requirements.

In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or in faulty condition, these will be replaced free of charge or refunded. You will need to package the damaged item securely and return to us via a tracked postage service, the cost of which we will reimburse. Please ensure you contact us via email at sales@hamiltonpens.com or phone on 01926 962765 upon receipt of damaged/faulty items.

Return postage costs are to be met by the buyer and we advise customers to ensure returned packages are sent via a tracked and signed service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order and will be made using the same method as the payment was originally received.
