I have previously had problems obtaining quality refills for a Waterman pen, so many do not offer genuine refills. I have been very pleased with those I receoved from Waterman. they appear to be genuine and certainly are working well. The price was pretty competitive and delivery was received promptly.

They had the pen in stock and were very helpful in advice. Not so, Royal Mail who took ages to say they had delivered on a 48 hr tracked servcie and ...I never received it. Who knows???
